Don't worry Sanji won't be part of the final war, he is the sacrifice Oda talked about, for this has been introduced Yamato, to take his place in the monster trio. In that way there are 3 advcoc users that can reach the top and the problem you set here won't happen

Luffy can't beat those I listed and he isn't beating Kaido this time. For sure Crocodile is superior than Mr 1 and Doffy is superior to Pica. But Luffy has ways to beat Crocodile and Doffy but not to beat Mr 1 and Pica.

Yeah meant 1035. Exactly Zoro can use AdCoC just like luffy, the only difference is that Enma is forcing him to use it at max everytime, tiring him out. That's why he said he thinks Enma will kill him if it carries on and he's now asleep for recovery of his Haki

In Naruto's war arc only characters with Sharingan or a Bijuu really mattered in the grand scheme things.
Except for Gai who ended up being a small distraction for Madara at the end of the day.
Do you think one piece will fall into the same trap and only characters who possess adv coc or awakening will matter and become top tier in the final war? Kaido already confirmed that only a handful of the very strongest can use adv coc.
