Chapter Discussion Are Kiku/Kanjuro/Kinemon dead?

After what happened to them this chapter, what do you think?

I think Kinemon is not dead (yet) - he still has to see his wife again

Kiku's & Kanjuro's deaths would be good (if real) even If I hoped for Kiku to give the final blow to Kanjuro.

Kin is 100% not. Oda likes to drag out his deaths and make them dramatic, give a good farewell speech.

So, having said that, yes, Kiku and Kan could be dead, since they had a bit of a poetic speech before they went. Are they? Well, we’ve seen people survive far worse. There’s no difference between what happened to them and what happens to the combatants in every fight Zoro has ever had. And if that’s their death scene, it’s still a bit quick, not really like Oda.

The biggest chance for a death is if next chapter, Kine’mon gets up and gives his life to try and hold off Kaido.

Many users jumped the gun too soon on Kin'emon, the perspective could be illusory and perhaps only his back was profusely hit. That might still be fatal regardless.

Kiku and Kanjuro are the most probably dead. Idk why Oda pushed for Kiku to fail and die for some reason.

In this order they have got the most chances to be dead in my opinion. Actually Kiku might not necessarily stand less chances than Kanjuro that wise, Kanjuro has been constantly proving how tricky he can be.

Kanjuro should be dead, that's what the title of the chapter suggests. A bit disappointed because his fruit was fascinating, really wished to see more of its usage.
Kiku most likely dead, as she talked about the dawn that she'll witness even in the afterlife.
Kinemon... I mean, his death has to happen. But there's a high chance he's still alive, which makes me sad

As many others have said, Kiku and Kanjuro should be dead. Both of them were given final parting words. There is still a lot of residual scepticism on their deaths (it is Oda after all), but eh, I'll still bet on them dying over not.

Kinemon did not get any of that, and so on priors, we should still expect him to be alive. I hope Kinemon actually dies.

I voted all 3 dying to be adventurous, but I now regret voting on Kinemon (since I don't feel confident enough in his death to bet on it).
