General & Others Are Kinemon and his people tapped in the head?

Kinemon has been affiliated with the crew for nearly 400 plus chapters now but has yet to make the connection with Zoro and the Shimotsuki.

In the span of just 2 chapters, Kawamatsu and Boss Hyogoro had already connected the dots.




Are Kinemon, the rest of the 9 scabbards (bar Kawamatsu), and the Wano citizens who seen Zoro wandering around as a Ronin, a bit slow in the head?

Why didn't anyone (at least Kinemon) comment on this, or breach this subject with Zoro for the better part of half the manga?

Maybe none of them knew how Ryuuma/Ushimaru looked like. Do we have a picture of Ryuuma for them to know?

Kin'emon didn't realize Zoro looked like Ushimaru and Ryuma apparently. I think this smells like PIS cause it's hard to think he would not all this time.
