They’re a little overrated yup, they’re just rarer and offer high combat prowess most of the time, largely due to mobility and intangibility.

There’s a reason why logias aren’t that prevalent after the timeskip anymore because haki became a thing.
Paramecias and zoans caught up, I think the best that zoans and paramecias have to offer has a higher ceiling than logias.
Paramecia —> hax shit like Law’s fruit, pretty much a million dfs into one, can do anything he wants as Oda already said a couple of times; Gura gura which is offensively on par if not greater with the strongest of logias; BM’s df which is a dozen dfs combined into one. She has easy access to 2 elemental powers, and more. Her shit is broken
Mythical Zoan —> Nika, toonforce; Kaido’s fruit which offers elemental damage plus durability enhancement like we’ve never seen before; Marco’s fruit which is insanely hax, imagine if a top-tier got this fruit lol; Yamato’s fruit which already seems super solid from the little we’ve seen of it

Tl;dr, Logias has the highest floor but not the highest ceiling. The weakest to average logias are generally better than the average Paramecia/Zoan. But the ceilings of all 3 fruits are on par with each other, personally mythical zoans and the strongest of paramecias seems better. Take Law’s fruit for example, you can do so much shit with this fruit while even the strongest logias are pretty 1-dimensional.

If anything logias are caught slacking in the post-timeskip

Personally I think the DF classes hierarchy on average is

God Mythic Zoan > Mythic Zoan > Special Paramecia > Logia > Zoan > Paramecia

If there is a Special or God Logia classification then we could see Logia move higher on the rankings. Also this is just an average, some Paremecia will greatly exceed some Zoan, etc…
Special paramecia is really only Kata one. In what world mochi is better than...almost all the Rogia we have seen?

I personally think yes, Logia's are overrated Haki is a hard counter to logia and many of them have weaknesses, water for crocodile, rubber and wood for Enel, hell ceasers basically living vapor you can vacuumed that up.

Other fruits like sugars toy toy or Magellans poison there's no counters besides maybe Haki

But what do you think are Logia's overrated?
Haki doesn't stop DF power so Logia can still use their ability:

That is not true. See Smoker.
A Logia makes you a hakiless fodder cleaner due to its intangibility.
It does not push someone to YC.
Yeah I mea-culpa(ed) this already.
It doesn't change the fact that a random logia still clears 99% of the verse and all this without haki.
You could argue that Logia is so powerful, it makes the user lazy and thus won't learn much haki but this applies only to weak Willed characters. Someone like an Admiral still learns haki and martial arts/swordsmanship.

Still one of the strongest fruits in One Piece. The fact that they are weaker than OP mythical zoans and god-tier paramecias, and also that logia users can be hit with haki, does not make them weak. Owning an ENTIRE element (sand, magma, gas) is very, very cool. For example, Aramaki's fruit: you can not eat food at all, you will always have young and healthy body (since you are Nature Man), you can create any plant, accelerate their growth, have an endless supply of food on the ship, etc. Ice can also be used creatively - to slow down the metabolism of organic matter, stop bleeding, etc. Basically, multiple paramecias in one fruit, if used wisely.
