You lack reading comprehension, even Warlord Doflamingo wasn't a subordinate (he was a conqueror too) he was controlling them, what Teach will is superior to it and just using his royalty as a weapon.

There is also the fact that the Celestial Dragons are already recognized by the World as the rulers.
If Blackbeard becomes a Celestial Dragon, and then becomes their leader, he will have effectively become the King of the World.
If he just Wipes out Mariejois, then the entire system crumbles, and he's left with nothing.
Marines, Holy Knights, Cipher Pol, you name it.
That's not some easily achievable thing to do.

It’s not, but conquerors aren’t supposed to only do things when it’s easiest.
Blackbeards entire character is opposite of all the conquerors we currently have seen. He’s cowardly, would sacrifice anyone and everyone except for himself for what he wants, and he only takes fights he knows he can win.
Strategic and smart, but he doesn’t have the same vibe as other CoC users we’ve seen. Which that’s fine. Blackbeard represents dreams not willpower which is why he has two broken devil fruits
