They're different, if you look closely the one in the center doesn't have arms, it only has wings, it's also missing the forward horns.

I think it's plausible that Imu defeated the one in the center, absorbed it/took its power and then became the one on the left.
Maybe the dragon fused with the serpent to became the devil at the left.

It's possible, but there's no way to say for sure.
Both have 2 horns, and wings, Imu looks like the dragon btw in his full transformed state. Willing to bet his Hybrid form is the one of the left.
I believe they are the same at first but the curvature of the horns changed my opinion.
They are inversed but then again Hybrid forms dont follow the same design as the full zoan form.

It looks like different forms of Imu maybe, one thing they have in common all are dilhouette's over the rest not even a scribble drawing @MonsterKaido

So I think Imu or at least Imu related
Yeah thats what Im saying, Zoan and Hybrid form.

Kaidos hybrid form looks nothing like his full zoan, and these two have more ressemblance, the horn the wings,etc.
You know the one in the middle kind of looks like Imu's form looked coming down from the throne of the world doesn't it?

@SkySanji @Monster Zoro's Tesla Supplier @MonsterKaido @Fujishiro @D. Plant
Thats from the first world, I doubt its Imu.
