Controversial Are those fans who believe that Elbaph arc will be a short one still believe the same?

Saturn showed himself mid arc (even though we knew about him), but EH was a strange arc because there was a lot of "outside" the Island stuff.
If you count only EH (Island) chapters, Saturn was there quite early.
Also, we had plenty of villains who showed themselves early and still the arc was incredibly long: Doflamingo Is the first that comes to mind. CC and Hody too were there basically from the beginning and still their arc was a ~ 50 chapters arc.
More so, I think Loki Will clearly be a villian and he Isn't even free as of now.
Shanks 2.0. and the girl will have a role, but won't be defeated here imho.
Futhemore, I think we are going to see out of the Island chapters, with at least BBP vs RHP.
Also sure, if Oda was totally focused on not wasting any time maybe, but we know how he Is.

So, in 2024 there should have been a battle between two people about the OP, and a long waited one.
Obv. Oda took plenty of breaks for reasons and didn't happen (for now). Happened the same in Wano with the "Shanks' move" and was postoponed the year after when Wano actually happened. Oda has aleays been incapable of guessing timeframes.
However, the words are quite cleat and excluding BB vs Luffy because it's too soo, BB vs Shanks or Shanks vs Luffy are the only two that fits.
The only chance for a short arc will be raftel
I imagine they get there, celebrate and you see the treasure and a flashback and it will lead to the final war but other than that there will never be any arc less than 50 chapters at the least.

I can definitely see that. Two God's Knight have appeared, though they could be this arc's CP0; York may have told the Five Elders that Vegapunk learned of the Void Century from Ohara's recovered books on Elbaph. There's the whole thing of Elbaph not having a king, Hajrudin being a second son and the favorite, while Loki might break out of his chains and he might even have been framed.
