Ok, he has all types of haki, but so far he´s the only one able to clone himself on top of cloning his blades and also manifesting a figure made out of haki.

Imo, oda planned to turn it into a standard haki ability, but ended up not using that.

No I think Oda leaves things like that vague so that he can do whatever he likes without having to think of explanations in his power system. The explanation for DJ doesn’t really make sense and he could have easily explained it through Judges experiments yet he still didn’t.
