I have been thinking about that plot thread opened by Queen when telling Sanji to cut the crap since he must be either a cyborg or a lunarian, we know Sanji's mother sacrificed every thing in order for Sanji to be human with that ending in the best best case scenario getting ( Exo-skeleton, Faster and even a healing factor - Which for some reason Yonji didn't have when Sanji flattened him - while maintaining his humanity.

Now, seeing Sanji combust NEW BLUE FLAMES wtf does that even mean ?, Sanji's Father made no comments about his flame nor did it seem from the Raid-Suit and Germa-66 comics that he had anything to do with flames but invisibility - Which after " Awaking his genes " HE DIDN'T EVEN GO INVISIBLE he was just moving so fast it made him appear as such - but before doing any conclusion i remembered the Bastard King didn't get any BLUE FLAMES either so wtf is even Sanji if anything but the chief of the crew.

I kinda don't think he'll be revealed to be linked to Lunarians. His flames are a result of his passion so Oda will probably keep that and have the genetic enhancements only resulting in the exoskeleton.
