Yes, but it wasn't Sanji's fault. The entire arc was just poorly executed. Worst arc ever imo. Wano is a masterpiece in comparison. I felt very sorry for Sanji, but also frustrated by his lack of action and utter ineffectiveness.

It just gets better as the manga goes on, because we can settle the standards for the overall series and judge things more fairly

Everyone knows most of the Sanji hate comes from Zoro fans, who are a vocal part of the OP fandom, so its inevitable being bashed

Zoro fans also got bashed in Wano, especially for building so much expectations, even tho Wano wasn't an arc that Zoro was one of the main protagonists like Sanji was in WCI

Yes still. I didn't care about fights. I just wanted Sanji to be Mr. Prince and schemed his own escape instead of the crying damsel.
