Rayleigh is a master of all 3 haki and we have nothing on gaban but that he was Roger's #3. Rayleigh could easily be better at coo than gaban but you can't just limit him to coa when he's mastered all 3 haki.

If the above is true Gaban being able to « disappear » might make Luffy unable to see his future move with FS.

Future sight + presence hiding + country level range + maybe other cool tricks would be dope

The fact that Pedro could hide his presence aswell, speaks for it being a non CoC related ability, right.
