Thoughts on the art of One Piece, did it get better worse or stayed the same shit?

Manga not sure. I just started to read after Wano.

Nope. Just watch Wano. The art is good, scenario and everything. But animation itself sucks. Most moments characters seems to be turtle speed. Attacks are showed in slow motion without represent the true speed of it or even giving the impression that it is a high speed fight. Light effects makes One Piece look like DBS and we can't even see the attacks being landed.

I dropped One Piece anime since it returns from pandemic lockdown. Watched just a few specifics takes that Crunchyroll landed on YT. Just watch Mink Kings fight against Jack. It is ridiculous. Jack is stop receiving attacks. Inuarashi attacks him and comes back. Then Nekomamushi attacks him and comes back. It looks like does turn-based games.

Anime was good for most part I would say. We had pacing issues but besides that I enjoyed animation. Luffy vs Lucci is really cool.

For example, I like character build and physic currently more than pre-skip (even though I know some noblemen will try to mention Nami got worse cause of fan service Lol which is better for me)

but the action drawing, landscape..perspective and so on.. it got worse imo
