Vergo's fit is white so it's much easier to show the contrast. Moreover not only does Sanji not only always wear dark colored clothes, he also coats his legs in flames which makes it that much harder to tell. I'm pretty sure there are some panels somewhere in Wano or on whole cake where he was either wearing white or a kimono that show him utilizing it but again I'm sure the argument will probably be it's too small to see 💀 been through this with y'all before and I honestly can't be arsed to go on that wild goose chase on what I think is an obtuse argument in the first place (no offense to you personally). Crazy to me that anyone that isn't being disingenuous would opt for the possibility of Sanji not being able to use an ability as common as armament hardening over the more logical argument I've presented above but I digress.

It's either sanji doesn't have hardening or his basic Armanment Haki is as strong as the hardening of others, which still doesn't paint him in a bad light.

Think it's pretty obvious at this stage in the story that Sanji does infact have hardening. Oda expects his readers to know that by default, espeacially since his Diamble Jambe coats his leg completely in flames like a sleeve by function. You are never going to visually see hardening from him as long as that is activated.

So at this point it's either anybody believes he does or doesn't.

As for the original topic. Sanji DOES have good CoO feats. He possesses the highest level of awareness on crew. We've seen it in action in Dressrosa and WCI, luffy commented on it in Wano, Sanji was literally keeping track of everybody in egghead and saving his friend's lives. He showed it in Elbaph. Im getting the impression that people think good CoO = Future Sight only lol.
