But he got more confidence as time went on! And when he first got a mom in Rugrats in Paris? He was the voice of reason who grew as time went on, unlike the twins or Tommy, who just marched around with half the world in his diaper and not a noodle in his head.

You’re right, he eventually turned out fine...but I really related to Tommy’s brash, cocksure attitude because I thought that was more worthy of emulation. Wasn’t until I got older that I realized how fucking stupid the male ego can make someone.
