Most of zoro’s swords aren’t normal. Each having their own personalities/wills on top of having special abilities/traits. We even know that some swords like devil fruit can somehow search out for proper people to use them

It’s definitely more than just passion. Even queen finds it odd that a human is capable of something like that

Jambe already have science theme. The first version, the heat one, is ignited by friction.
So it'll continue to be science related. Sora is a good point, because we know who Judge is.
He wants to make his children an experiment. Ain't no way he married Sora out of basic love, especially when she's not that beautiful. She's at least rich, or have influential family.
The fact that Germa escape Government's punishment (Queen & Caesar affiliated with Yonko & Warlord, VP works for WG) for the MADS thing, maybe because Sora has connections to WG.
