Anyway, Asura extreme diffed the Creator God of his verse, while Cosmic Fear is powered by a God. I would give this to Asura in a high diff fight.

Admittedly, I was high-balling Garou. Besides, Asura never finished his major fights with less than extreme diff anyway, so thinking Garou can somehow be buffed for this should be acceptable.
