Sanji-Top Tier material.
Yamato-Top Tier material.
Jinbe-YC material.
Franky-YC material.
Brook-YC material.
Robin-high veteran material.
Nami-high veteran material.
Chopper-high veteran material.
Ussop-Veteran material.
Xebec's crew was NOT composed of multiple Yonko caliber fighters!Young Linlin,Kaido,Whitebeard were no top tiers.

Oh, yeah, agree. She won't affect the power dynamic of the crew. It has been established this way since the start, people have been invested, so changing it is too much.

As for the criterion, that's just our difference in categorizing then. My Top Tier consists of some of YC1 characters, Admiral, Yonko, and some big names like Mihawk.

So my ranges of Top Tier would be someone like current Kidd/Law/Zoro/Yamato, Marco as the bottom Top Tier, Admiral Yonko Mihawk etc as middle Top Tier, and Roger, Xebec, prime Garp as upper Top Tier. Basically, my Top Tier is ~20 characters.

My High Tier would be most Commanders as upper level, Ministers/Tobi Roppo/some Scabbards as middle level, and some supernova and vice admirals as lower level.

My Mid Tier would be those New World veteran pirates and some Grand Line elite pirates.

My Low Tier would range from New World fodder as upper echelon, Grand Line fodder as middle echelon, and 4 Seas fodder as lower echelon.

I don't consider commanders top tiers

Imo zoro, sanji, king, marco are the highest high tier, with zoro being the closest to top tier

YC2 lvl fighters are all mid high tier, with jozu, queen and Vista being close to 1st commanders

YC 3 low high tier


Imo Yamato is currently in between top tiers (admiral and yonkos) and the highest high tiers, but closer to the latters

Eos she's still gonna be in between those two but as close to top tiers as she currently is to high tiers
