Yep chapter 25 is the last chapter.

I'm not surprised that it got axed, it always kept ranking very low on the TOC which is usually a sign that a series will probably get axed.

I think stories that do get axed like so, should still be able to run on a Monthly or bi Monthly Catalog full of such Mangas... giving them basically another chance to succeed, but that's just me.

It happens to some shows.
I saw people being salty about Ayashimon being axed. The art and character designs look nice and fancy. Sad news...
