So this will be quick.. When you Zoom in on '' 103 '' mercies Dragon Damnation.. You can see clearly 3 Black
Lightning streaks being discharged from each of Zoro's blades..




The 103 Mercies Dragon Damnation attack is a reference to the 108 Pound Pheonix attack..





They are both Flying attacks.. And the 3 Black Lightning Streaks can be seen again on this Panel with Zoro away from them..

I added Big Red NUmbers for the Blind Zoro fans.. You're welcome..

You need help
Even Zoro fans who previously were bragging about a hakihameha attack accept that Dragon Damnation is an upgraded version of Ultra Hunt or Flying Dragon Blaze both attacks which cut when making contact. KOH Onigiri is a flying slash. Zoro has already shown ability to imbue haki in his flying slash attacks against Monet.
