I don't know about Case Closed but both One Piece and Hajime no Ippo have perfectly reasonable reasons for lasting so long and this argument is stupid as fuck because you can't said that this manga could be done in 5 years.

Sure lots of arcs could have being shorter, specially Wano. But it would still be big as fuck.
