Sanji was perfectly, yes. It's not like he was healed by a magical exoskeleton. It's also not like King took their match more seriously than Queen and it's also not like King didn't beat up Sanji.

- No, we have never seen that the exoskeleton allows you to heal, in fact we saw how Yonji needed a "special" machine. Let's also not forget how ridiculous it is for someone of Queen's level to barely use Armor Haki, not even on their sword. And let's also not forget how stupid Queen was for never taking Sanji seriously. Even getting lost with an Oiran.
