Giorno Giovanna (No requiem) can spawn living cells from non-living matter and imbue life energy into the dead to resurrect them or make them grow and perish from old age and also overload their consciousness with energy.

Beast boy can transform himself into all manner of creatures from across the cosmos and can take on their physiological properties and is possessed by a monkey God spirit.

Kars can create living creatures from his body and constantly adapt different properties of different creatures into himself creating all manner of chimera.

I don't really know Beast boy but Ultimate Kars will destroy Giorno (no requiem) in no time. Ultimate Kars is insanely strong, and smart and powerful and he can use ripple.

But Ripple only matters to Vampires and Giorno is the master of life energy which ripple is.

Also Kars can't beat Hold experience since only stands can fight stands.

Gold experience is very fast and strong as well and Giorno is practically a genius as well

You can use Ripple to do lots of things, it can improve weapons or hurt humans too. And Kars has a 400 IQ. And he is unkillable.

And if Kars knows about Stand I think he can make one in minutes.

He's not necessarily unkillable though

It's just that no one of in part two can kill him

Like kars can't kill gold experience. Stands can't be beaten without stands.

And have we seen kars survive his heart getting ripped out of chest?

What we saw was him surviving getting burned because he created armor. But what would happen if Star platinum just RIPPED HIS HEART out?

His 400IQ didn't help against Joseph though, who is not as smart as giotto

Stands come from stand arrows.

And it's not proven he's unkillable. He was dying magma remember.

He just made an armor fast enough to not get killed by the magma
