Some captured by WG ships, some imprisoned in Udon, some escape, some maybe by Drake even as he's a navy.
Rest (like fodders and such) make up Kid's and Law's fleet as according to BM the two of them alongside Luffy are gonna take over Kaido and BM, so they should start somewhere at least with that.

majority of the gifters will become a new fighting force for Wano, along with the pleasures and waiter that have already defected,
King will probably lead the remaining Beast Pirates if he doesn't die, the flying 6 will return to being their own pirates captains, Kaido will die by Zoro's hands or will get executed by shogun Momo

King I'm most curious about. As the last surviving Lunarian, would he really just be imprisoned like a common criminal? Would the Government assassinate him to put an end to the race that came before them? Or would he be put on display as proof the Government conquered them? The Celestial Dragons are arrogant enough to try that.
-King and Queen arrested in ID, i wouldnt doubt if both have prior connections with the WG, Queen as a resercher and King as a experiment subject in PH, and thats how both meet Kaido.

As for Kaido and his merry band…well if Oda wants to rub some salt into the wound for them and the fanbase; he can always try this route…

Assuming that Zoro won't kill King, I can see the WG captured him for test subject (Lmao). Queen probably gonna have his own crew and travel elsewhere. Same for Jack I guess. Ulti and Page will either join the Kidd Pirates or start their own adventure. Black Maria will probably sailed on her own. WsW is definitely getting captured, Sasaki too. Headliners, Gifters, Pleasures, Waiters though, they might get scattered or join the Straw Hat Grand Fleet (always need more manpower for the Final War ya know).
