Pre-TS Law had a 200 mil bounty. Pre-TS Kid had a 315 mil bounty. Kid and Law were portrayed as near equals in terms of strength. However, Law hates killing people while Kid will gladly kill anyone who pisses him off or gets in his way, so Kid likely got a ~50% bounty than Law just because of his violent tendencies
