In their fights, we really have yet to see why the Calamities were given the monikers they were.
Sure we’ve gotten pieces of it, We’ve seen Jacks destructive nature, we got a glimpse of hell with Queens plagues and we know about Kings fire; however, so far these aspects of them have not been fully utilized.
Another thing is that each calamity has the potential for a berserker state
Jack - The fishman Berserker state which has not been seen since Arlong Park. Jack would be ideal to bring this back because of his destructive nature he wouldn’t care about collateral damage. And Arlong used this after it appears he was defeated as well so the possibility is there.
Queen - The Ice Oni drug gives its victims enhanced strength speed durability and it infects all who contact it. Queen himself called it his masterpiece. Queen utilizing the plague to overcome Sanjis new power and accidentally infecting the prostitutes nearby would be a nice way to enhance this fight
King - We’ve been getting bits and pieces of Kings berserk state. When Kings mask was broken he began to go berserk and attack everyone and everything. King entering a berserk state once the mask is completely broken, will truly show him as a Wild Fire.
The calamities imo have been better characters than Kaido and while I’d like for this arc to end, I want the calamities to get the opportunity to showcase their full powers. Jacks defeat was so boring and if Queen really was defeated last chapter it’d be okay but it would leave a kind of incomplete feeling as Queen and Sanji never got that clash that most fights have.
