THE ULTIMATE FIGHT:
WALTER C DORNEZ'S WIRE USAGE FROM HELLSING ULTIMATE
While wires aren't anything fancy, Walter's usage of this weapon is brutally efficient. He makes murder and fine tune cutting look elegant, while also having enough power to cut through buildings and solid steel with mundane ease.
- He can easily make complex shapes like meshes to have an omnipotentnal attack or defense and can accurately do both at pin point precision.
- Can create a footing to stand on and give himself somewhat of a mobility in the air (doesn't do the spiderman thing because he not goofy ass bitch)
- Can also accurately use the right pressure to either easily slaughter the masses or to capture the target without too much harm, where he can control the person or target as a puppet if he so chooses to do so.

You're probably wondering why select such a boring ability, when you can go crazy with superpowers, right? But think again, most of the characters who really shine in the story are the smart ones. Think about Aizen from Bleach during the Soul Society Arc. Think of Light Yagami and the way he handled Death Note. Remember how Shikamaru fought against Temari and Hidan? The list goes on!
"But all these characters also had supernatural powers on top!" They surely did, but those powers wouldn't be so cool without their great minds. Okay, let's take a look about non-superpowered intelligent folks. Sherlock Holmes, Iron Man, Senku Ishikawa, Walter White, Batman - many iconic characters survive thanks to their quick wits, insane creativity, and being able to both see through any kind of hardship and find several ways to overcome it. βTo a great mind, nothing is little.β
Let's take a closer look at the character whose intellectual brilliance shines through centuries - Sherlock Holmes. Sure, he's an insufferable prick most of the time, but he's great and he knows it. It takes him a couple of seconds to see through most of the people. He is observant and persistent in getting the answers he's seeking, after all, "when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth". His brain is like a supercomputer, running through the data and possible scenarios, and he applies his impeccable logical thinking to solve the puzzles created by criminal minds. With genius intelligence you can counter other abilities, including superpowers, without it even a greatest superpower may end up destroying you.

GING/RAZOR'S GREED ISLAND FROM HXH
Creation of Ging and other game masters that is by far the most complex ability in HxH. With clever use of Nen (Hatsu) they managed to create a real life Video Game. Using all combinations of Nen from Conjuration, Transmutation to Emission they managed to a create a brand new world.
Items you pick turns into cards, cards can be used to generate said items or abilities. Your own money, friends communication and much more was created from Nen. It is by far biggest and most complex ability in HxH and one of the best abilities in Entertainment media overall.
