FIRST FIGHT
MIHAWK
Every good series starts with a power floor and a power ceiling. The floor shows our heroes' underdog circumstances from which they'll rise. The ceiling shows us how high they'll go. Dracule Mihawk's introduction in the Baratie arc was our first glimpse at One Piece's power ceiling, clearly demonstrating that despite how strong Zoro was, despite how much he'd improved, he still had a long long way to go. Mihawk's introductory scene also gave us great insight into the character himself; how he views the world from atop his lonely throne.
The Baratie arc conflict kicked off with the arrival of Krieg and Gin, the so-called rulers of East Blue limping back to the blue sea in defeat. We are told that a single man destroyed a fleet of 50 ships - a feat of strength utterly unheard of in the story so far. The Krieg Pirates repay Baratie's hospitality with violence and a war breaks out between the fighting cooks and East Blue's strongest pirate fleet. But the fighting immediately grinds to a halt when Mihawk makes his entrance.
Mihawkβs entrance has him seated in a mysterious, confident pose, saving the reveal of his iconic ring-patterned eyes for last. He hardly spares a glance towards the terrified Krieg pirates who attack him, nor towards Zoro who challenges him. This communicates his complete disinterest towards everything and everyone he meets, reinforcing that despite the Krieg Pirates bringing crisis to Baratie, Mihawk himself is completely above it all, viewing the cooksβ plight as nothing more than a time-waster.
Mihawkβs introduction is a masterclass in establishing a seriesβ power ceiling. The man Zoro set out to sea to find, an individual who demonstrated his overwhelming might by decimating the strongest fleet in East Blue utterly humiliates the Straw Hatsβ swordsman despite his self-imposed handicaps. The fight serves to highlight both charactersβ conflicting philosophies - a young upstart driven by his childhood promise who refuses to yield, and the world-weary veteran who has achieved it all, but found only bitterness. It is the perfect introduction for an antagonist, providing strong characterisation for both Mihawk and the Straw Hat duo, and leaving a deep impression on the readers when Zoro realises his limits, promising Luffy that he will never lose again. Mihawkβs entry into the story remains one of the most unforgettable moments in East Blue, and perfectly justifies the characterβs popularity despite him remaining an enigma for over twenty years.

VS
KARS FROM JOJO
Kars is the leader of the Pillar Men, and the designer of the Stone Mask. His goal is to evolve further to become immune to the sun's rays, and thus he seeks the Red Stone of Aja to empower his Masks, battling the hamon users for its possession. He is ranked 1st out of all the Pillar Men.
As the creator of the Stone Masks and Vampires, Kars is one of the more influential characters in the series, his invention having far reaching repercussions for a number of major characters, such as Dio Brando, the Joestar Family and the Zeppeli Family.
In the present, Kars is introduced as the leader of the Pillar Men, getting attacked by Wamuu after stepping on his shadow and apologizing for having forgotten that trait.
His intro is one of the best and the scene speaks for itself.
Enjoy.
And they theme song goes hard.

SECOND FIGHT
KAIDO
Yonkou Kaidou - One Piece
He was hyped for years without appearing on screen. And then he drops in one of the greatest introductions in the series.
Imagine being so badass that your introduction is literally you falling out of the sky for 30,000 ft. An introduction about you fighting with the very Strongest in the verse and being unkillable and the Strongest Living Being alive! With an hobby of suicide, with your biggest problem being that you are too strong to die!

VS
DARTH VADER
When introducing a character the best way to showcase them is to make them capable. Make them feel as a force, as a character that has a part in the story. First impression are everything and can often make or break a character.
Canonically if you go by proper time frames Darth Vader has his first introduction during Rouge One. You can argue he is first introduced in the Prequels but I will argue Rouge One really showcased WHAT and WHO is Vader and his introduction launches the plot of A New Hope.
Vader the Blackest Brother in the galaxy with 1 single action of igniting his light sabre shit the pants of every soldier there. Us the watchers understood what is going to happen same as the soldiers present there.
Vader showcased his utmost brutality and efficiency. His dread making men run and scream in terror. If Star Wars franchise started with this movie and you had no prior knowledge of Vader you would be awestruck that this guy, this guy will be the main antagonist of the series.
That is why in my opinion Vader's introduction is one of the best there is.

THIRD FIGHT
LISA ANN THE LIFEGUARD
This lifeguard has taken it upon herself to sneak into the dwelling place of another for purely altruistic purposes. Knowing that hundreds of Americans die in bathtub related injuries each year, ranging from slipping and cracking your skull, drowning in the bathtub, numerous toaster and electronic related fatalities and unprecedented but not impossible shark attacks, she has made it her mission to safeguard every bath she comes across.
Our unwitting damsel in this scene is unknowingly in distress as he sits in a bubble bath with little to no supervision. Accidents are practically waiting to happen as malevolent forces are at work. Luckily for our male lead, the hero of the story makes a dynamic entry by positioning herself close to the dangerous tub of bubbles and volunteering her time to this mysterious male stranger. Despite his protests that she should leave, her charisma and charm convinces the skeptic to allow her to guard his life as he washes his body with bubbles of lavender scent.
It is here we get to the crux of the story arc, fast as ever with the lifeguard. She identifies danger as a rare case of a bathtub shark lurks beneath those sinister soap sediments and her whistle is off! Despite the urgency she knows not to grab and drag the man in danger, identifying the second hazard of bathtime bathing being the precarious tile flooring and slipping on it.
Successfully saving the man, our lifeguard rewards herself and him with an offer to some hardcore, kinky sex.
In the span of 1 minute, no character has made a bigger splash into a series and finished off on such a high note.

VS
ZENON ZOGRATIS FROM BLACK CLOVER
Zenon Zogratis
Zenon is the youngest sibling from the Dark Triad group.
We first saw a glimpse of him and his potential at the end of chapter 227 prior to the 6 months training that Clover Kingdom Magic Knights went through, where he destroyed the entire squad of Magic Knights from the Diamond Kingdom:
Luck who is one of the strongest characters in the entire series known for his power-hungry personality and his behaviors of jumping at stronger opponents to fight them for the first time in his life didn't feel like trying himself against Zenon. Which was the first hint at how powerful Spade Kingdom top-tier Magic Knights can be.
He formally debuted in chapter 234 when he invade Golden Dawn's headquarters:
He invaded Golden Dawn's headquarters with the purpose of capturing their Captain, William Vangeance.
No one from the strongest Golden Dawn members to Captain William Vangeance himself was a challenge to him, everyone aside Vangeance was simply collateral damage to him.
He wasn't fazed when two of his brigade Commanders he brought with him died.
Squaring off against the entire Golden Dawn squad with their Captain ( minus two vice-captains Yuno and Langris ) they didn't even scratch him or push him into a corner where he would have to use his full power. By casually walking around the headquarters and attacking everyone with his weakest attacks he murdered 50% of the Golden Dawn squad ( which is one of the biggest squads in the Clover Kingdom in terms of numbers ) and the only reason he didn't murder everyone including Yuno was because of William Vangeance's strongest healing spell that managed to save some people.
Yuno couldn't even scratch Zenon after using Spirit Dive which is arguably one of the if not the strongest power-up in the series that any Magic Knight can achieve:
Although unscratched he was impressed with Yuno's determination and stubbornness so he decided to showcase 55% of his power to Yuno:
Which resulted in near-death experience for Yuno:
+ the overall aftermath of Zenon's invasion:
Although Zenon is not one of the most impressive written characters in Black Clover he delivered where he needed the most. He was meant to be the menacing alpha antagonist who comes in and takes what he wants without any comedy and playing with his food.
Zenon was the only one out of the Dark Triad that secured his mission with no collateral damage or delays. He invaded the Golden Dawn, murdered half of the members, beat their Captain, and took him as a hostage as planned.
Everything was according to his plan without any delays and the only reason Yuno and half of the squad survive is because of the strongest healing spell in the entire series that Willaim Vangeance managed to cast during the fight with Zenon because he knew he can't win and decided to use the rest of his mana reserves for that spell. Even so, it wasn't enough and 50% of the squad members died in a one-way battle.

FOURTH FIGHT
TOPH BEIFONG FROM THE LAST AIRBANDER
Toph Beifong from The Last Airbender
On their travels across the earth kingdom trying to find an earthbending teacher for Aang, he and his friends visit an earthbending tournament. They hope that one of the contestants might be the right one to join their group.
After some wrestling-like earthbending matches, the current champion "The Blind Bandid" finally appears.
This is where we really get to see Toph for the first time(I couldn't find it online so I had to upload a gif w/o subs, sorry for that):
This tiny little girl just goes on and completely roasts and folds all of her grown ass opponents and her fighting style is just awesome.
She is blind so she uses the vibrations in the earth as a way to see. This scene does a really good job visualizing how it works.
Aang understands that she is the teacher he's been looking for because she listens to the earth and waits instead of just using brute force and throwing around some rocks.
In the last round Aang challenges her and wins with his airbending.
But because he's been the last airbender for 100 years and travels incognito people don't understand how he even defeated her, not even Toph herself does.
After the match she disappears and one knows her true identity. Aang really wants her as his teacher tho, so they start searching the town for ''The Blind Bandid''.
While the protagonists look around the town trying to find her, they have no idea where to start because the person they saw in the ring looked so unlike the cute and nicely dressed girl Aang had seen in his vision.
Following a hint they reach a fancy estate and indeed find the person they're looking for. But their encounter does not go as expected:
start at 1:40
In order to get Toph to join them, Aang and his friends invite themselves into Toph's house.
To their surprise Toph's parents have no idea of their daughter's alter ego as a fighter. What's more, they don't even know that she can earthbend well.
Meanwhile, the owner of the earthbending tourmament suspects Toph and Aang of cheating and decides to have them kidnapped.
Toph's parents pay the ransom but the host and other tournament contestants find out Aang's the Avatar, the world's only hope in defeating the fire nation. So, greedy as they are, the kidnappers keep Aang locked up to sell him out to the fire nation.
Remember, her parents and teacher have NO IDEA how powerful Toph is.
When everything seems dire, this badass little girl finally reveals her true self in front of her unsuspecting guardians and absolutely goes ham on those mofos, kicking their butts once again.
I love Toph's fighting style. She is the only human alive who uses this unique earthbending style and flawlessly incorporates her seismic sense into her fighting.
For me this is the best entry, because it establishes Toph's personality as an earthbending prodigy and acts as a stark contrast to the disabled, spoiled child that her parents see in her.

YOSHIKAGE KIRA FROM JOJO
So my pick would be Yoshikage Kira from JoJo.
My synopsis on why he has one of the best character intro/debut in manga/anime history.
βMy name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.β
Yeah just the quote alone is enough to beat any other synopsis Lmao. But seriously though, if it doesnβt work then here you go.
Synopsis: I picked Kira because he is one of the greatest villain in JoJo. His first appearance shows how neutral evil he is. He just want to live a quiet life while doing evil deeds behind the scene. Then comes his speech which talked about his daily life which creates tons of memes among the JoJo fandom. He blend in with society perfectly just to enjoy his happiness of taking womenβs hands to fill his heart content. That is why I think Kira has one of the best character debut in anime.

FIFTH FIGHT
DANIEL CRAIG'S BOND

Daniel Craig's James bond intro is one of the best character intro's in cinema, it sets the audience up to know exactly what kind of person he is and how he is a younger more brash and impulsive agent who has only recently acquired the 007 status, the film is unique in the franchise because it acts as a origin story of how he becomes the iconic James bond we all know.

KIZARU
What made Kizaru's entrance so badass was that it was anticipated all arc. Throughout the entire arc, we were constantly told what would happen if a Celestial Dragon was touched. Finally Luffy punches one of the Celestial Dragons and we knew shit was about to go down. We knew we were about to get an amazing arc and an amazing antagonist. And then we get this badass dude flying over a canonball. What a breath taking entrance.

SIXTH FIGHT
DAWN SUMMERS FROM BUFFY
Why Dawn summers first appearance is the best introduction of a character ?
Episode 1 season 5 :
Buffy is a 7 seasons of an amazing show.
The show is about a young blond girl who is slaying vampire with her friends.
AND BUFFY HAS NO SISTER.
But at the end this episode, after 4 full seasons, the showrunners created from nowhere Dawn Buffy little sister. I won't go into the details of how she was created, but in one second they changed Buffy story forever. We knew for sure Buffy hadn't a sister and was an only child and BAM big news she had a little sister.
One of the biggest WTF moment in TV Show history.
The knew everything about Buffy life, her friends, her mom, her lovers etc, we were used of the dynamics between the characters, the main cast but Whedon took a huge risk and rocked our world introducing Dawn. It was a big gamble.
So why Dawn introduction is one of the best :
- the WTF factor was sky high
- the way it was done in itself : after a good season premiere and a dark one, Buffy is coming back home, saw a teenager in her room, asked her what we was doing here, and Buffy mother said : why don't you take your sister ? The two girls reaction : Mom ! End of the episode. See you next week.
Those bastards waited the perfect moment at the end of the episode to introducing the bomb and let us gobsmacked for a week. The music of that scene was quite good too.
- It was a huge risk for the show, it changed a lot of things is a show that worked, and introducing a new major character. Frankly it was ballsy

UREK MAZINO FROM TOG
Urek Mazino
is an Irregular, currently 4th in Rank. He was the strongest active Ranker before Zahard became active once again. He is also the most recent person to be part of the Top 5 High Rankers inside the Tower.
He is considered to be on the same level as Phantaminum by weaker Rankers, however, his true rank is almost impossible to determine in terms of the Top 4 ranks because the top 2 Rankers are inactive and thus, cannot be compared with Urek. He mentioned to Baam on the 43rd Floor that they would meet again later on the 77th Floor, then left the floor. His current location is unknown.
At some point, Urek tracked Phantaminum and followed him inside the Tower. It took Urek only 50 years to pass every test and climb all the way up to the top of the Tower. He is recorded as the fastest person to climb the Inner Tower through an orthodox method and it would probably be accurate to say he scaled the Tower faster than Zahard himself.
HIS FIRST EVEN APPEARENCE IS HIM BEING SAID TO BREAK THE LAWS OF THE TOWER. HYPE.
Urek is a tall man, noted to be handsome. He has blonde hair, piercing red eyes and a well-defined musculature with a tattoo of his name and the Wing Tree symbol on his back. He generally wears a snapback backward on his head and has a 'rapper' look about him.
Urek is said to have a ruthless personality, leading him to be respected by all those who dare call themselves men and at the same time seems to be disliked by seemingly every woman he meets. He is also shown to be extremely confident to the point of arrogance, often ridiculing the efforts of those who were no match for him.
Urek's appearance on the Tower upset the High Ranker rankings which had been frozen for quite some time.
Urek's famous line:
What fun would it be to become the king of the Tower? Tell Zahard to keep his boring seat*.* I will get out of the Tower*. Outside the Tower, there exists a vast world, rolling skies stretch endlessly, and countless stars illuminate the darkness. A place that is a thousand times -- no, a billion times wider and freer than the tower. Once you imagine that such a world exists, don't you think all those things you want are all so trivial?*
