How about this - before the next tournament starts, we have a short discussion on the types of submissions we should give? For example:
- Best Panel Tournament
- What kind of panel? Action? Emotional? Detailed? Simplistic? Does a whole page count (since people often confuse panel with page)?
- Only black and white or can it also be colored? If yes, do only official colorings count?
- Should we include a line or two decribing the importance of the panel? Or judge it only on artistic merit? Etc

well I just imagined it as something where we reach a very important part of the story. There is some awesome revelation or an impactful moment which affects the story to some extent. It might be an introduction of a new character, ending scene of a great fight, some mystery unveiled, a historical moment, or rather just a very very beautiful panel which shows how beautiful the artwork of the series is.

Well I just realized that I mentioned all positive things about my expectations from the panels lol

It could also be literally anything. Whatever you fancy and wanna show off. It could be gory, gruesome, funny, or sad as well.

Some details alongside would be great to make others see why the panel is so awesome. Many are going to submit manga panels which we don't read so that's gonna help.
