Cloud is from a video game, no?

I can add the others. Stretching it a bit with Roy but should be fine.

Any manga is fine, any genre, type, shonen, seinen, etc etc.

Let's just try not to include the already mentioned ones.

You can decide if you want to include a short synopsis about the character, or I'll add it.

The magic number is 96 or 128, depending on how many are named.

If Hiruma is already there, let's also add the titular Eyeshield21 - Sena Kobayakawa, I absolutely loved his development!

While we're at it, I would also nominate Senku from Dr.Stone.

Just wondering, is adding Musashi from Vagabond cheating or is it ok?
