THE RULES ARE VERY SIMPLE, AND ARE AS FOLLOWS:

- NO ONE PIECE PANELS.

- YOU SIGN IN HERE.

- MAKE A PM WITH ME AND SEND ME YOUR CHOICE OF A PANEL FROM A MANGA OR COMIC BOOK, OR WEBTOON, OR MANHWA.

- YOU MAY SEND A PANEL OR A FULL PAGE OR EVEN A DOUBLE SPREAD
- IT CAN BE BLACK AND WHITE OR COLOURED
- OFFICIAL COLOURINGS ARE PREFERABLE, HOWEVER IF YOU CANNOT FIND IT, FAN COLOURINGS WILL DO.

- YOU WILL NEED TO WRITE A LITTLE SYNOPSIS ON THE PANEL/PAGE. WHERE IT'S FROM, WHAT IT SIGNIFIES/MEANS AND WHAT MAKES IT THE BEST FOR YOU.

- FIRST COME FIRST SERVE, I.E. IF MULTIPLE PLAYERS CHOOSE THE SAME PANEL THE ONE THAT PMED ME FIRST WILL GET TO KEEP HIS CHOICE THE OTHERS WILL BE INFORMED THAT THEY NEED TO CHANGE IT.

- THERE WILL BE NO CHANGING OF YOUR PICKS. YOU PICK ONE PANEL AND RIDE WITH IT UNTIL THE END.

- AS SOON AS YOU SIGN IN HERE YOU CAN SEND ME YOUR PICK.

- AS SOON AS EVERYONE SIGNS IN AND SENDS ME THEIR PICKS I WILL RNG THE CHOICES AND POST 8 THREADS WHERE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO VOTE, THE VOTING WILL BE KEPT OPEN FOR A DAY.

- YOU MAY VOTE FOR YOURSELF IN YOUR ROUND.

I guess that's fine. I got a few of these planned out tho I am not sure when cuz I'll be getting really busy soon, so someone could take over I guess, like BIA is doing.
