Aerodactyl is so fucking cool. In every version except the spikey mega, it is a beast.
Rhyhorn and Onix are simple, great looking pokemon. Rock types probably have the most consistently good design across the first few gens. At least until Hoen.
Final picks are Sandslash, a cool but useless mon.
Snorlax
Vaporeon ngl mostly because the sprite is actually sick
Tauros , it's just a bull but it's a well designed bull
