Those Cyberpunk songs are so damn good, I've had them on loop for ages now.
I already got spoiled on the anime so I get some of the context too at least and it definitely makes them more tragic and impactful too.
Let You Down gives me Moby, Rob Dougan and Sting vibes and I love it, especially towards that tremendous emotional finale it has.
I Wanna Stay At Your House is really nostalgic for me and makes me think of Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, No More Heroes, Tengen Toppa Gurenn Lagann and such, that era or so? Idk how to explain it but its very nostalgic and wonderful and I'm seeing why its such a sad song in hindsight now, its really growing on and hitting me. I love songs that sound happy but hide a truly painful/sad truth behind their joyous facade too. Very relatable.
Also that Scarborough Fair cover I am still also adoring immensely. The entries for this contest have been so fantastic as I hoped for.
The One Punch Man Sadness one is really nice too. Beautiful guitar and such.
