Doubt it. Oda's made clear he'll do whatever it takes to ensure Sanji doesn't actually harm a woman (Queen being revealed as harming Osome, him justifying the Big Mom situation on the grounds of Sanji blocking) so if he faces her, it'll likely be a quicker Black Maria situation. I suppose he'll know better than to stick around for long and simply swap with a female crew-member swiftly.
