Not more than 3 or 4 chapters after the focus returns to below the roof. The issue is if that's any time soon. I'm a Sanji fan so I hope my boy will get out soon and move on to important stuff. Either helping out Carrot and Wanda if they're losing (I really don't want them to beat Perospero 2v1 after he beat Pedro, Brook and Chopper pretty easily, plus Sulong runs out quick, it should be gone by now) or moving on to assist Marco and take Queen off his hands.

I think it's too soon for things in the lower quarters to spice up in general.

Only way for Sanji to remain in captivity for more than 7-8 chapters would be if Oda starts a damn flashback now.
