50/50 on this. the immortality surgery is a chekovs gun, but Law doesn’t have to be the one to fire it. We could end up seeing it in Imu’s flashback.

I could see a moment where Law attempts to use it on Luffy only for Luffy to get back up and refuse it

You know damn well Law won't have anyone to use it to as it would serve as a curse for his friends to watch everyone die and for that person to live eternally

It could be a lifespan thing tbf

but yeah the only reason why I think the chances are high is because it is a chekovs gun, but so were the 8 gates in Naruto and look at how that turned out lmao

Kinda nit interested. I don't think it was in character for teach to go after people who just took down two yonkou. One of them being dead makes perfect sense and I doubt it would be BB but on the other hand it shouldn't be to hard for Law to escape. I would be ok with what ever happened but I don't really see the point of this in the story.
