Teach wants hachinoso to become an official country with the obvious reason of potentially being invited to the reverie.

Van Augur will warp Blackbeard back to island and he will use his dark dark fruit awakening ability of "OFFSCREEN", low-diffing Garp and sending the SWORD Squad off Fullalead crying for their fallen vice-admiral which will ultimately serve to motivate Koby in the final saga. If Garp dies in the process (hopefully), it'll be with a smile on his face like the rest of the D clan.

Shanks's death

He gets to kill Shanks after failing every other scenario, what will he accompish with Shanks death first and foremost, he womt pick a fight unless he gains something from it.

If anything that seems like a reasonable scenario after he finishes his previous set of plans, with Shanks standing on his way as that wall to proceed further.

Garp will take an L here. I don’t see him dying to BB though ‘cause that is Shanks’s role. However if Garp ends up dying then BB won’t be the one to kill Shanks. I can see Oda using Shanks as the main drive for Luffy hating Imu. Shanks dying to Imu will serve as a hypetool and a good plot device.
