Character Discussion Between Hawkins and X Drake Who was more Underwhelming in Wano?

Both disappointed me. Drake was used as a scape goat for CP0. Hawkins being a underling for Kaido soured me. Kid received so much respect for me not bowing down to an emperor. Hell, even Apoo had a better showing even though he was betrayed the alliance he had with Kid. A true pirate looking out for himself when the winds change.
