Except it does. If Roger blocked Hakai 40 years ago, it doesn't take anything from Zoro because Roger is leagues above Zoro while the Rocks duo back then was leagues beneath what they are now. On the other hand, if Roger or one of the big guys involved struggles with it, then it definitely elevates Zoro for the same reasons that I've mentioned above.

Another thing zoro hold the attack for mere seconds where Roger mostly will cancel it with his own attacks ; kaido also was apprentice so the attack would be weaker too

Not sure what your point is, WB's main weapon is his bisento. He's imbued his CoC into his bisento before.
Do you know how to actually read, I said most likely AKA not for certain. But fact is Kaido wasn't on the same tier as BM or WB back then, he's the only one noted who almost died until BM saved him.
