Speculations Big Mom and Kaidou Will Change After The War

no matter how crazy strong this two Luffy wont kill Kaidou and Big Mom its because in Luffy’s Era, biliefs are more important than their lives. We saw this from both big mom and kaidou. Kaidou wants to destroy the whole world for his personal unknown reason and big mom hurted people around her for her personal agendas. If luffy defeats them on a fight their biliefs are destroyed thats why luffy doesnt kill his enemies also like there so many time he couldve have but he didnt.

we saw big mom back when she was a kid as kind and gentle kid even on wano when she lost her memories. Why big mom lost this goodness of her? Did what she been through changed her? Will she realize that she wasnt alone all this time and she had more time to change? Why Kaidou hates to live? Why he wants to die and destroy the world at the same time he wants to die? Did he realize he cant change the world? Did he wants to destroy the corrupted world of onepiece but he realize he cant?

i think the main protagonist in this arc is kaidou. Luffy fight him 1v1 so theres no way that he will die

but like i said this is for kid, law especially luffy i think they know this. So this i think what they bilieve especially those who carry the name of D. Like oda said in luffy’s era men put their lives for their dreams. For an enemy when their dreams are shattered its the same as losing a fight and as painful as death. So whatever big mom and kaidou’s dream is if luffy shattered it its the same as death.

like if you still dont get it. If big mom accepts that she lose a fight to luffy she will realize what she did to her crewmates and theres a chance that she will change because she will realize that the path she took was bad or wrong and theres another way to go to what ever that dream.

i personally think that big mom’s dream was a happy family. But she wont realize this until luffy shattered what bilieves in to. Which is bigmom’s biliefe that everyone is a tool.

And for kaidou theres nothing much we knows about kaidou but he wants to destroy the world for some reason and he wants to become the king. Kaidou seems to know honor, and he even respects how whitebeard and roger died so i know theres more to this character, i think he got a good side. Whatever kaidou’s bilief is if he taste defeat its the same as death in which kaidou wants death so theres something that kaidou will realize once he got defeated.
