BM eats a portion of her own soul to increase her powers. Her form is gigantic, with her eyes blazing full of menace. Its a worthy form of an Emperor. How about Kaidou? I dont think that being Drunken Master will be it since it's wacky and all, so what will be Kaidou's final form? Will it be focused on physicals, elemental, or hax instead?

Probably use his flaming clouds in a way with his hybrid form, more drunken mode.
I doubt they have awakening, feels far too late to be revealed for only a couple of chapters, for zoans maybe bot a big deal since not much versatility is there in their awakening but it would be more of a big deal if Big Mom has awakening and reveals it too late

I think Kaido have more forms other than Hybrid and Full Zoan
other than, he will show even more advanced forms of Haki usage, and some form of regeneration ability since his hype originally was all about not being able to die
Big Mom awakening is a huge deal imo, I think it's relevant to the plot going forward, she's partly Moria of the new World, Moria main traits was bringing monsters and legends from the past, even tho it all seemed like a dumb trick, I think Oda is planning a similar plotline to that with Big Mom powers but on a whole different lvl, and like Moria she will need help from other characters abilities

Most likely he will undo the flame clouds he is using to move Onigashima and them be able to use all his power in the fight against Luffy, with that also triggering the Momo plot, as he will need to hold Onigashima while Kaido and Luffy final round happens.
Probably Oda will solve all the other plot points before the final round, because there's quite a few things to be done before the fight can end.
