Questions & Mysteries Big mom role in WanoKuni?

Hallo everyone, after I read the last chapters of Wano again, I ask myself what is Big mom role in WanoKuni.
What is Oda planning for Big mom in Wano? Did he really plan to let both Kaido and Big mom fall this arc?
My opinion about this is the same, Luffy say to Katakuri that he will the one who take down Big mom, but I doubt that Luffy take down two Yonkous in same arc and alone the fact that many members staying in WCi let me believe that Big mom don´t gonna fall this arc.
The other reason is the whole plotstory for Jinbe,Germa66 and fishman pirates, we don´t still know what happend to them, I doubt that they could flew from Big mom and her crew, so I think everyone of them get catch by Big mom and not staying in WCi. I don´t know what is Oda now planning but im interessting to see what gonna happen with the Big mom plot. Your thoughs about Big mom?

I have the feeling that she might reunite with her crew and have a battle with the marines with them showing at last what they are truly capable of without plot armor handicapping them and before returning to Totto Land.

There is also the possibility of her stopping to become an antagonist to the Straw Hats somehow, possibly thanks to Tama.

I've read a heavy discomfort with BM being dragged to a 3rd arc...

And I understand the issue but tbh I cant see her falling in Wano ...

But how you kick her from Wano is the question....

Weaken Kaido seems like a good idea for her role but that doesn't solve her presence in Wano so....I expect Totto land to be attacked by BB or even the government ( they know about her hunting down the SHs) so she forcefully leaves Wano.

Katakuri felt like a proxy for Big Mom, doing the boss battle in her stead. I think the Big Mom Pirates were dragged into Wano Country so they could have the match-ups they didn't have in Whole Cake Island. It won't necessary be against Luffy and his crew, but Big Mom at least loses to someone (and dies, probably against Kaido).

Strongest commander of OP, Kata WCI ~ luffy learns FS
Strongest pirate and creature, Kaido Wano ~ luffy learns adCoA , team battle vs kaido
Strongest Yonko (has the best crew and intel), BM Elbaf ~ luffy awakens df or masters CoO and CoA haki to high level. maybe 1 vs 1 battle.
Powerful df user Teach Paradise island ~ luffy awakens or CoC , luffy will need help but 1 vs 1 still.

if big mom didn't fall in wano & will have role in another arc then that means she appeared in 3 sequential big arcs (WCI,WANO,another Arc) , this is too much ?! kaido get only one arc whitebeard one arc shanks also may only have one but big mom three ?! It seems that way to me too. Big Mom was the boss of Whole Cake Island, but Katakuri fought in her stead. The match-ups we didn't get happen in Wano instead, which is why they're there.

If she end up go back to WCI then there will be no point of her presence here ..... she being here to weaken Kaido was never needed , the Alliance isn't that much weaker than Beasts-Orochi-BMP let alone just Beasts Pirates and Orochi

Her being on Wano is necessary for the Re-birth of ROCKS/LOCKS which will result in the biggest war in the verse thus far.

*Oda has been going on about how Wano would make Marineford look cute. For that to happen, there is a need for a bigger threat than just the HBPs and I think that’d be LOCKS/ROCKS

*Oda has been going on about a lurking Legend & how the SHs would be faced with the biggest obstacle they’ve ever come across on Wano. So chances are this so called Lurking Legend is what will be the biggest obstacle the SHs have ever encountered.

*After the aforementioned statement by Oda, during the Reverie arc, Garp introduces us to the this group called Locks/Rocks, that both Kaidou & Lilin used to be a part of prior to their Captain’s death and says they were the biggest ting before roger & how Garp earned his title as the Hero of the marines. So with that it’s been established that they were a legendary group. To add, Hina mentions that said group has been steadily growing in power even after they loss of their Captain. So this so called Locks/Rocks hasn’t been destroyed yet and are currently lurking in the shadows, building up strength atm. So this so called Locks/Rocks fit the bill for for the Lurking Legend Oda spoke about.

*Kaidou & BM, two members of said group have made contact in the recent chapters, so there’s a very high chance of both working together again.

*Kaidou wants to start a massive war & the re-birth of Locks/Rocks will surely do just that.

That said, I think BM defo falls this arc. From the moment the SHs obtained Lilin’s Poneglyph, the need for the SHs to go to war against the BMPs was lost imo.

I personally hope she will play a big role, be it as O-Lin or LinLin(switching from one to another like Pudding). Especially the debt Kaido is owning her makes this whole thing very interesting and let us assume that she will play a bigger part in it. I personally can't wait for the Rocks/Locks flashback and the captain of them.

Ndule senpai, you are contradicting yourself, Kaido a yonko based on your statement is the strongest, so BM a fellow yonko cannot be the strongest yonko, you can talk about her having the best info network, but that is in no way significant for Luffy.

Also, I have to point out the fact that you have left out Shanks, is he no longer a Yonko? Or perhaps it is the fact that you hate him, so you wanna see him off paneled. Nonetheless, Meme is not going to get three arcs, it would be horrible writing on Oda's part to give her another arc, she is gonna fall here with Kaido.


A friendly reminder, Kidd is not a yc1 for lifting rocks.

As an emperor, currently nobody has better Intel than BM, more territories than BM and bigger crew and strongest than her.

Shanks isnt getting a big arc it willv like Ace small arc, offpanel.

Katakuri filled the place for shanks as he took WCI arc from BM.
Luffy wont fight shanks seriously and wouldn't master haki coz shanks will not be serious against him.

Keep believing BM is ending in wano lol
