It will sound funny but I'm a bit surprised that people are surprised that Jack ( whose magic is able to cut anything ) can cut Gravity:pepeke::pepeke::pepeke:

His style is kinda interesting. I was afraid that Tabata will just give him bigger blades from his arms. Still pretty generic but enjoyable enough.

I just read 277 and 278, and oh man lol. What incredible chapters.

Here some were thinking that Yami was Wizard king level or some shit, now we have Charlotte literally solo’ing Vannica and Jack who looks like he’s about to give a stronger version of Dante than the one Yami admitted he could not defeat, a serious run for his money or possibly even win.

I don’t want to be too harsh on Yami fans because I love Yami too, but Yami was never any stronger than upper-captain tier, and now it’s clear that the other captains are still neck-and-neck with him.

Anyway, for those who know me, Jack has always been my favorite captain just ahead of Yami and Nozel, so it was awesome to see him punking beefed-Dante here.

But Jack looking like he may defeat Dante, Charlotte wrapping Vannica up in only one chapter, and Yuno seriously wounding Zenon points to something that I brought up a few months ago, and I’ll say it again here even though @Seth won’t like this:

The Dark Triad are just stepping stones this arc. The real big baddies are the Devils themselves, who will likely be arriving soon. It’s looking more and more like the Dark Triad will all be wrapped up pretty quickly here, and ultimately the Devils may even discard them for their weakness.

Anyway, great chapter and I’m very excited for the next one.

Mmm, highly arguable. You know how Tabata's writing style works. It's time for Triad counter attack + each stage is opened the more % they can release.

Yeah, indeed I won't like to see this but I can't say that you are wrong. For past few chapters is really shaping up as if Triad are only stepping stones. As much as I hate to admit it you might be on point but I highly dislike this idea still. I love Dark Triad as antagonists because they brought a freshness to the series. They are not highly complicated antagonists but when I heard Vanica saying that she crushes people because it's much fun to her and nothing more I felt relief for some reason.

I mean she’s not defeated in the sense that she has no fight left, but she sure is at Charlotte’s mercy. May as well count as a total defeat.

Oh, yeah. Charlotte grew on me in a span of the chapter to the point where I wonder if it's okay for me to admit that I like her powers now...

I really shat on Charlotte and even called her the weakest Captain at times. But can you blame me?

Or to be fair. This once again proves how badly Tabata proves people wrong time and time again.
