Yuno was closing in on captains in his base prior to this. Fuego>>>Yuno is impossible.

Zenon is above both of them at full power.

Are you talking about the anime thing?

Yes Yuno has grown from then. In his base form he was catching up to the captains. Now in his most powerful form he is on their level or above.
