not all of them are devil fruit users...that's good becuz in case some straw hat devil fruit members fall into the sea the other non devil fruit members can save them...

but that wouldn't be the case with blackbeard pirates...

so there's high posibility that blackbeard pirates members who ate evil fruits won't be weakened by water or seastone...

it's becuz blackbeard know some trick or secret of how one can aquire devil fruit powers without being weakned by water or seastone...

becuz think about it someone like blackbeard who managed to eat 2 devil fruits and know secrets of devil fruit ...why isn't he worried or scared that all members of his crew eating devil fruit can be a great danger...UNLESS BLACKBEARD LEARNED ABOUT AN EXEPTION SECRET WHERE DEVIL FRUIT USERS CAN'T BE WEAKNED BY WATER OT SEASTONE..
