Yes we will not get another breather arc. We're going from one Yonko to the other. Bonney appearing now confirms it. If their is an Elbaf arc...then the Blackbeard Pirates will be the villains of it.

Why do I believe Blackbeard Pirates arc is now:-

First reason:- Rush Piece

- Oda is rushing OP and we dont have time for a breather arc....no matter how small it is. We want Usopp feats from Elbaf sure. But if were going straight towards the Blackbeard Pirates arc....Usopp will get a grand fight against Van Auger, who's basically the coolest BBP. So thats super exciting anyways.

Second reason:- Bonney

Bonney has ties to the Blackbeard (and pretty much every character lol) and if shes in the next arc....you can bet Blackbeard is as well. I can already see a dynamic where Bonney and Luffy fight over who's defeating BB.

Third and probably biggest reason

Third reason:- Blackbeard needs his Zoan Fruit.

After the fat L he took at Amazon Lily, Blackbeard will probably be hunting for a way to get stronger. He still hasnt gotten his third DF which is a Mythical Zoan, so he needs a powerful. Thats where Luffy comes in the picture. Blackbeard wont fight Luffy over the OP.....he'll fight Luffy over his DF. I know yall want BB to get Kaido's fruit....but its cringe to get another antagonist with the same DF. Boring. BB seems like he has strong haki so he dont need a third DF to rival Luffy or be above him. As long as he has maxed AdvCoC, the strongest Paramecia and the DF nullyfiying Logia....he'll be an insanely hard fight.

So yh its time for the Thriller Bark Arc- I mean the Blackbeard Pirates arc. The arc of tricky DF fighters.

Sanji vs Burgess/Pizzaro/Laffite/10th

i don’t think so, i think it’s vegapunks its still early for black beard i think we will see a few more fruits of his crew first

bonney is connected to kuma who’s connected to vegapunk

we also seen MADS members one by one each arc

Yeah the BBP are next in Rush Piece .
Who else anyway since i see the Marines/WG as the last ( i don't see SHs fighting RHP because Oda is serious about ending OP in 3 yrs ) .

Not sure about the SHs fighting Cross Guild either .

Blackbeard will get Orochi's fruit. Recently I even saw that in Skypiea, in the anime, there was a picture of Sungod Nika fighting against an eight headed snake. BB will then defeat Shanks. Then the navy gives him a new bounty. Only then Luffy will take him on. All of this will take time. Luffy's next opponent is Akainu.

How/where does the Luffy-Akainu confrontation start though? Akainu would have to go after Luffy right now for that to happen.

Luffy and co will meet SSG + Vegapunk
BB will beat Shanks

Then final confrontation for PK title

Everything pretty much underlines that PK will be a step to the final war, not the final war itself.
WB´s comments + Luffy´s dream only happening after he becomes PK.
