CHOPPER VS DOC Q:
Doctor vs Doctor, Chooper ultimate dream is to find a panacea to all illnesses whereas Doc Q has the sick-sick fruit. Chopper also despises people who use diseases as a weapon.

VERY LIKELY TIER:
FRANKY VS BURGESS:
Both have a bombastic wrestler gimmick and Luffy offered Franky the Mera-Mera no Mi just like BB wanted to give Burgess the fruit. Their personalities are a perfect match too.

JINBE VS VASCO SHOT:
Again not too much to support this but their is the Fire vs Water theme.

NAMI vs DEVON:
Again pretty simple, Devon hunts pretty women and Oda won’t make Nami fight a man.
