Many people now believe that Weevil is on Sphinx and therefore will be the next villain. He is no Kaido and he and his mother are alone. Beating him is not exciting. Weevil going to Impel Down already wouldn't to justice to his character. Oda once told an editor about Weevil's role and the editor got really hyped up. I think Bakkins is the 10th Titanic Captain. Sphinx will be about hyping Blackbeard and his crew up. When Weevil is backed into a corner, some BB Pirates will pull up and safe him. Lafitte for example, he can fly and he might be Marco's future opponent. Perhaps even Kuzan, he is still acting as a BB ally.
