Two things though. First, Luffy would go haywire if Law is captured, even if he's not part of the crew. He has become a close friend, enough for Marineford 2.0 if it happened. The second, while Oda may repeat storylines sometimes, he doesn't usually do it for the same character. Law already had his 'captured' and carried like a sack of potatoes moment in DR. I doubt Oda will set him up as captured again.

I also just don't see him dying. Now if they take his lingeage factor maybe, but so far we only know VP can do that and VP is hightailing it with Luffy right now. So far it's shown for BB to get them they have to die. Blood transfusion for him just doesn't cut it based on what we've seen thus far.

Highly unlikely.
Currently we have most number of Pirates alive with a bounty above 1 B.
WG gonna go bankrupt at this point if another 3 billion guy appears.

As much as I like BB killing Law and stealing Law's DF, I think Oda likes Law and he wouldn't let him get killed until the EoS. It would be cool if Oda did that though.
