Ichigo is kinda braindead ngl. Yhwach is the world, and he's out here yapping about how he's going to save everyone. If he dies, then the world dies and everyone else dies.


It ended up being the typical MC head-on charge with no thinking involved. At least he got his HoS form now.


Yhwach is so goated, though, casually shit-talking in his seat.



I'm curious how they're going to deal with Gerard this time though.

I get that, but it kinda makes him a bit braindead. He just does what he's asked and doesn't think about the entire situation. What if his friends get betrayed after he gets sealed? What if he were being lied to? It'd be cool if this was explored more; it'd make it a lot more interesting as a story, where he's hesitant about Yhwach.


I've finished the manga and know how it's going to end, but I wish there was some alternate timeline or whatever that explores this. Maybe Brave Souls does a spin-off.

No chance of that happening since Yhwach killed Masaki with the Auswhallen, i really would have liked a Yhwach that cared about the Quincies like a father but well it's way too late for me to complain about that
