That is movie dude, kaido didn’t appear in movie. I don’t remember anyone saying queen will appear in red film .

It doesn’t matter if it’s non-canon, Oda still wouldn’t put a dead character in a movie that’s supposed to take place after their death. Can you imagine Oda putting Whitebeard in Film Red?
